Do exhibit setup teams receive a free badge?
Unfortunately, we do not provide ‘exhibitor only’ passes. The RAI has access available for the crew during setup/breakdown hours. Once the event begins on Wednesday, they need to be fully registered HX attendees and pick up their badge to remain in the venue. All crew members must register through the RAI website in order to gain access to Hall 12 for setup/breakdown. More information can be found here.
Obligation to register
Each transporter, stand builder, and exhibitor requiring access to the RAI during these periods must be registered in advance. Are you coming with several colleagues? Each person must register individually. Registration is possible via the link below.
Please note: a workpass can only be requested starting one month before the first event day. This policy ensures that all passes are issued based on the most up-to-date event details. Thank you for your understanding.
How does it work?
- Register the planned build-up and dismantling staff via the Workpass URL. Each colleague must register individually.
- Each registered person will receive a personal QR code, which serves as your access pass.
- Scan your personal QR code at the entrance to gain access to the halls.
Crew wristbands
If you have third party vendors who are delivering services on your booth, such as photography, attendee activations, you can request up to 2 crew wristbands, which will give access to the show floor during exhibitor open hours.
These wristbands will be collected from the EAC/Info Check-In Desk in Entrance C each morning, and are valid for the day of issue only. They must be worn at all times during the event and access will not be permitted to the hall to anyone not in possession of either a crew wristband, or a valid HumanX ticket.
If you wish to request a crew wristbands please email sponsors@humanx.co with the following information; Full Name, Company (of crew member), Sponsor Company, Onsite Dates.
