Important Safety Notice for On-Site Sponsors – RAI Amsterdam
The safety of everyone on-site during build-up and breakdown is our top priority. All sponsors and their personnel present at the RAI during these periods are required to comply with the venue's safety guidelines.
Before arriving on-site, please ensure that all team members have reviewed the mandatory safety video.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required during build-up and breakdown (high-vis vest, hard hat & steel-toed boots). Please ensure all on-site personnel come equipped with the appropriate PPE as outlined in the safety video above.
Please also note the following exclusive access window:
Exhibitor-Only Setup Hours: Wednesday, 7:00 AM – 8:00; Thursday, 7:30 - 8:00
Access during this time is reserved for exhibitors only. Please plan your team's arrival accordingly. Failure to adhere to these requirements may result in restricted access to the venue. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to sponsors@humanx.co.
